Capricorn One [link to film hosted by Google Video: 2hrs 4mins]
CAPRICORN ONE a Peter Hyamms film (1978 USA UK)
Capricorn One, a late-1970s summer blockbuster, stars James Brolin, Sam Waterston and O.J. Simpson as American astronauts who are caught up in a web of deceit when NASA decides they have to scrap the first manned mission to Mars at the last minute. Also stars Elliott Gould, Hal Halbrook, Karen Black and a great cameo by Telly Savalas. Capricorn One received five Academy of SciFi, Fantasy & Horror Film Award nominations, including Best Science Fiction film of the year (Superman won it that year, oh well). An excellent rendering of how politics has always played a role in the space programmes of the world, and how low it is willing to stoop. If nothing else, it is a fun vintage summer blockbuster action/thriller/mystery.

Dear David,
The anniversary of the Brookhaven Park Crash brings with it specialist Nancy Williams, who possesses never-before-seen photos and material from the original reporter who covered the story and has since "vanished." Not only does Williams have this but she has also compiled a slideshow that delivers all the facts! She will also update conference attendees at the development of the new CERN collider in Bern, Switzerland (complete with lots of photos) and how it may coincide to the Mayan Doomsday date of Dec. 21, 2012.
Brookhaven: Landing? Or Crash?
High energy colliders have been and are essential to study the inner structure of nuclear and elementary particles. In 1992 or shortly prior, Brookhaven National Laboratories at Brookhaven (Upton), Long Island, New York, built the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC), which advanced collider performance dramatically. And known to only a few individuals, the collider was reconfigured at one point with pipes leading to the surface of the earth, so that the plasma and quarks released in the collider could be directed in a stream, like a hose nozzle, and used as a weapon. This weapon could create a heat much greater than the surface of the sun. This reconfiguration was reportedly supervised by a Department of Defense representative at the labs working with Department of Energy officials.
But even more compelling is the evidence that on November 22, 1992, this weapon was used against four UFO's, whose flight path (on a direct path to the White House) brought them over Brookhaven. The Quark Gluon Plasma Beam was used to shoot down the large, circular, mother ship as well as one of the triangular "scout" ships trailing the large ship. The mother ship was obliterated, but the one scout ship crashed, and one E.T. was recovered, injured. What occurred at Brookhaven was witnessed by over 200 people. But what happened to the injured E.T. is another compelling story with an incredible ending.
Nancy Williams--Author of A Matter of Destiny to Speak on a Scientific Matter of Importance
Nancy L. Williams, author of A Matter of Destiny is an a military specialist, freelance editor, professional speaker, and an anthropologist with a focus in linguistics. She is also a retired college professor of English. Her dad, a World War II flight instructor, moved into defense work with Boeing Aircraft Company near the end of the war. She was around aircraft her entire life. Her interest in UFOs began when she witnessed a daytime UFO sighting along with her family in 1953 at age eleven in Washington State. As a teen, Nancy joined Civil Air Patrol and searched for downed aircraft near Mount Rainier.
Her interest in C.A.P. and aircraft led to her enlistment in the Air Force in 1960 where she worked as an Air Passenger Specialist with the Military Air Transport Service/Military Airlift Command. Later she married a career Air Force man whose expertise was in missiles and in Electrical Power Production and who had a later career in top level defense work. Between 1963 and 1969, she lived mostly overseas in Asia and worked in Civil Service. Williams is also an avid ham radio operator, holding the FCC's highest license. Back in the states, she completed college at the University of Central Florida and her graduate degree with Nova Southeastern University. She taught first in public education, then at a small college in North Carolina until she retired in 2004. When she uncovered the "hidden" report of Brookhaven National Labs and their connection to two crashed UFOs, (one live alien recovered) in connection with the development of a top secret weapon, she decided it was a story that had to be told. Six years of research led to her story, A Matter of Destiny.

Dear David,
There's more to the Bentwaters case than is publicly released. Linda Moulton Howe's talk at the 6th annual UFO Crash Retrieval Conference will reveal fresh information about this encounter. Join us!
"Bentwaters 1980: Telepathic Lights"
Around 3 AM on December 26, 1980, USAF Staff Sergeant James Penniston, Airman First Class John Burroughs and Airman Ed Cabansag from the 81st Security Police Squadron at the joint United States and British Bentwaters Air Force Base 80 miles northeast of London near Woodbridge, Suffolk, England, were sent on a mission to identify mysterious lights in the Rendlesham Forest. Sergeant James Penniston and Airman John Burroughs got so close to the lights, that Burroughs said he felt physically "drawn" toward them and Penniston said he reached through light to touch raised symbols in the glassy surface of a triangular-shaped craft. Later on, there were rumors that John Burroughs "jumped up" on the craft and Penniston described a "telepathic download" after touching the raised symbols that left him with the impression that the lights were from a future time line where life forms were trying to survive by reaching back in time to Earth for "band aids." John Burroughs has never been able to fully recover his memory about what happened to him as he closely approached the lights walking next to Sgt. Penniston. But through hypnosis in 2008, he has recovered more details about the lights he thought might be alive. Like Sgt. Penniston, Airman Burroughs thinks the lights were from a troubled future time line. Included in my presentation will be excerpts from recent John Burroughs hypnosis sessions.
