History's Huge Impact
On July 8, 1947 one of the most fateful decisions of the 20th Century was made by Roger Ramey, Commanding General of the 8th Air Force Base in Dallas, Texas, rescinding the announcement earlier that day of a retrieved crashed "saucer" and substituting a Rawin weather balloon. Stephen will talk about the impact that decision had on the next 50 years in global history and what might have happened if the first announcement had been allowed to stand.


On November 4 a new president will be elected and a new administration will take over on January 20, 2009. Bassett believes the best window of opportunity for disclosure is opening. On October 1, 2008, Paradigm Research Group launched the Million Fax on Washington with the goal of putting one million letters, faxes and emails into the office of the President Elect between November 5 and January 20 calling for Disclosure and congressional hearings. Those letters, faxes, and emails will be on their way when Stephen steps to the podium at the 6th Annual Crash Retrieval Conference. Stephen will have much to say about the prospects of this project. as well as a disclosure prognosis for 2009 under the newly elected president.

More About the Author
Richard Dolan is one of the leading names in UFO research today. He was a Rhodes Scholar finalist, earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in History, and received a Certificate in Political Theory at Oxford University. In 2000, he published what has become a classic in the field, UFOs and the National Security State. This 500 page history lays out in meticulous detail not only the major UFO cases of the early Cold War era, but the attitudes and policies toward UFOs by the military and intelligence community, as well as the fascinating development of the citizen movements to end UFO secrecy.
Since publishing this work, Richard Dolan has written many articles and spoken at conferences around the world on these and related themes. He is currently writing Volumes Two and Three of his historical study - Volume Two will be published in early 2009. It is fair to say that Richard is one of the more political of the UFO researchers in that he often writes about the destruction of political liberties as a result of the coverup.
More recently, he has speculated on the possible nature of the extraterrestrials themselves and what their presence here means for our civilization. This has led him to take a fresh approach to the topic of "Exopolitics" and develop unique insights into the practical challenges and opportunities for a true disclosure of the UFO phenomenon.

Top Area 51 ‘Stargate Commander’ Given Total Control Of $700 Billion US Bailout

Russian Military reports circulating in the Kremlin today are stating that the entire $700 billion bailout package just signed into law by President Bush has been put into the hands of one single man by the US Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson in one of the strangest moves yet committed by the United States in its managing the total collapse of the World’s entire financial structure.
What makes this move so strange is that the man being tasked with saving the entire Western banking structure is an Indian-American named Neel Kashkari [photo second left] who though currently serving as the senior advisor to the US Treasury Secretary is better known in Russian Intelligence circles as the American aerospace engineer known as the ‘Stargate Commander of Area 51’ as prior to his entering the higher echelons of the US financial structure was one of NASA’s top scientists who created, among other technological wonders, the James Webb Space Telescope which is due to replace the failing Hubble.
Mr. Kashkari, these reports state, was employed by the American defense conglomerate TRW, which among its many government contracts includes its ultra secret projects at the Groom Lake, Nevada, otherwise known as Area 51:
“Area 51”, officially designated as an "operating location near Groom Lake, Nevada", is the nation's leading-edge aerospace research, development and testing complex, managed by the Air Force Flight Test Center Detachment 3 (AFFTC DET 3), headquartered at Edwards Air Force Base in Southern California.
This sprawling Nevada site is one of America's most vital conglomerate defense R & D complexes with a primary emphasis on weapons systems integration with avionics and aeronautics, employing an average of anywhere from 1200 to 1800 defense contractors personnel who work with various projects under highly compartmentalized programs and in various shifts and durations, such as on daily basis, weekly or even months-long assignments. The huge complex is equipped with fully sufficient accommodations for the contractors personnel who need to stay on the base until their assignments or projects are completed.”
These reports further state that Mr. Kashkari had just returned to the United States from Iraq where he was the lead investigator into the mass suicide of American troops attempting to ‘open’ what is described as a ‘stargate’ in the ancient Iraqi city of Babylon, and as we had previously reported on in our September 10th report “US Troops Commit Mass Suicide After Babylon ‘Stargate’ Opened”.
This task was particularly suited to Mr. Kashkari, these reports continue, due to his previous work with what is described as the ‘ancient technology’ currently being held by the United States at their Area 51 complex, and which has long been rumored to also hold the remains of aliens and their spacecrafts retrieved by the Americans over the past 60 years, and which earned him the Russian Intelligence codename of ‘Stargate Commander’.
Though it will most certainly pass without either knowledge, or comment, among the American people why the staggering sum of $700 billion entrusted by them to their government is going to an aerospace engineer instead of a World-Class economist, it has not escaped ours, especially when viewed in the light of these Americans last attempt to open the Babylon Stargate which resulted in the near destruction of CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC) which was being used as the ‘power source’ for this attempt to ‘contact the gods’, and which we had reported on previously in our September 11th report “CERN Attempt To ‘Talk To God’ Nails Heart Of Earth…Again”.
Further to be noticed of these events is that Pope Benedict XVI has begun the historic reading of the entire Christian Bible from Rome, and which is one of the most ancient, and feared, rites of Christendom meant to presage what they term as the beginning of the “Last Days”. This particular event should be particularly noticed as it is occurring at the same moment that Britain is preparing to end a 300-year-old exclusion of Catholics from the line of succession.
The greater significance of Pope Benedict’s actions we had, also, previously reported on in our April 23rd report “US-British Leaders Swear Allegiance To Pope As England Destroyed”, wherein we had detailed the former British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s sudden resignation and nearly immediate conversion to Catholicism in Rome.
Not to be overlooked in this “Grand Trine of Ages” [the merging of Rome-London-Washington D.C. into a new Babylon] being led by the British Empire is what is being called in some Russian Intelligence circles as the ‘final pegging’, where the United States will fall completely under the authority of the British Crown, and which for the first time in American history is now possible with the likely ascendancy of Barack Obama to the Presidency as under the British Nationality Act, 1948, his Kenyan father was a British citizen, along with all of his children, making the future American President a subject of the Queen as he has never renounced his allegiance to her throne.
To our most ancient of history we must look too as during the last age when the attempts were made to open the Babylon Stargate our World was met with near total destruction, and as told in the most ancient of stories surrounding what is now called the Tower of Babel.
From those most ancient of days the surviving physical reminders are the 30 Egyptian obelisks that have survived into our times for our warning/instruction, and of which only 7 remain in Egypt as 13 were removed to Rome as the ‘New Center of Babylon’, with the others being strategically placed in London, Israel, Turkey, France and New York. But, to the ‘newest’ of these obelisks, and the modern one meant to ‘merge’ the power of the ancients, one need only look to the center of Washington D.C. where the largest of these ancient monuments rears it defiance to the heavens and is called the Washington Monument.
It goes without our saying that it is neigh impossible for all but the most initiated in these matters to fully comprehend the fullest imports of these events, and of our words herein describing them. But, to our greatest understanding of these things it lies with the coming Full Moon as Mercury ends it retrograde and our Sun aligns once more with Neptune this coming week wherein the greater mysterious will be revealed more fully for those truly seeking knowledge, and which, and as always, we will dutifully report on.

US Troops Commit Mass Suicide After Babylon ‘Stargate’ Opened

A most strange FSB report is making its rounds in the Kremlin today that says over 20 US Soldiers from the United States Army’s 716th Military Police Battalion, 101st Airborne Division, tasked with providing security for the ancient Iraqi city of Babylon, and based in the Iraqi city of Hilla, have committed ‘mass suicide’ after their attempt to ‘link’ what is described as an ancient ‘stargate’ to CERN’s Large Hadron Collider [pictured 2nd photo left], and which is about to begin one of the most controversial science experiments in human history, and as we can read:
“The greatest science experiment in the history of the world, due to begin tomorrow, is imperilled by bizarre allegations that it will bring about the cataclysmic end of that very same world.
As scientists from around the world prepare to launch the Large Hadron Collider, a particle accelerator in Switzerland that aims to recreate the conditions of the Big Bang and answer some of the most fundamental questions of the universe, concerns about the project -- from scientists and conspiracy-theorists alike --are intensifying.
In the past couple of weeks, there have been lawsuits in American and European courts over last-ditch efforts to halt the project, and a flurry of threatening e-mails and telephone calls from worried members of the public who fear the massive machine could cause earthquakes and tsunamis that will destroy the world.
Located deep underground on the Swiss-French border, the Large Hadron Collider is a 27-kilometre-long circular tunnel in which high-energy beams of protons travelling in opposite directions are to be slammed into each other at energies up to seven times greater than any achieved before. Scientists will be monitoring the subatomic particles created by the collisions and hope the grand experiment will recapture conditions not seen since the birth of the universe.”
To the mass suicide of these US Soldiers we can also read as reported by Iran’s Press TV News Service:
“Iraqi security sources have revealed that 21 US troops had committed suicide inside a former Iraqi air force base 27 days ago, Fars News Agency reported on Monday.
According to the sources, the 21 troops were treated in a hospital but only five soldiers have survived and they are in a critical condition. Security officials said they used potent narcotics to kill themselves. "The bodies of the US troops became misshapen[in] such a way that they looked like 5000-year mummies," said a witness.”
It should be noted that Russian Intelligence Analysts have long reported on these Western Nations attempts to reestablish ‘contact’ with their ancient gods, and as we had previously reported on in our April 16, 2006 report, “Mysterious ‘Ritual’ Performed By United States Military Forces In Babylon Raises Concerns Of Muslim And Russian Orthodox Religious Leaders”, in which we had detailed the most true history of these peoples, and also issued a warning to them:
“The ‘Feathered Serpent’ aspect of this most strange ritual being performed by the Americans in their retrieval of their underground finds in the ancient vaults of Babylon lend further credence to historians who state that the actual name of America was taken from the Winged Serpent God of the Americas name in Peru, which is called Amaruca, and as we can read:
"In the most prevalent versions of American history, the origin of the name America is attributed to the Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci. This popular distortion of the true origin of the native Amaruca, which translates as: Land of the Great Plumed Serpent, may be finally gaining more credibility among scholars to restore the name Amaruca to it's rightful place.
Recent discoveries in Peru may lead to more conclusive evidence concerning the relationships between North and South American indigenous peoples. As discoveries continue to unearth ancient Incan cities, writings pertaining to the mysterious origins of Amaruca are sure to be found. The Incas abandoned their towns and cities and retreated from the treasure-hunting Spanish invaders after the Conquistadors captured and executed the last Incan leader, Tupac Amaru, in 1572. Some of the cities have since been rediscovered, but many more are believed to lie hidden in the dense jungle."
Most concerning to both Muslim and Russian Religious Leaders of these mysterious events is the timing of them to coincided with the ancient Babylon Religious worship of Easter, but to which Western Christians have adopted as being the day their Lord arose from the dead, but in actuality is a celebration of the Darkest of the World’s powers, and as we can read:
"Most children and families who color or hide Easter eggs as part of their Resurrection Sunday tradition have no knowledge of the origin of these traditions. Easter egg activities have become a part of Western culture. Many would be surprised and even dismayed to learn where the traditions originated.
"The egg was a sacred symbol among the Babylonians. They believed an old fable about an egg of wondrous size which was supposed to have fallen from heaven into the Euphrates River. From this marvelous egg - according to the ancient story - the Goddess Astarte (Easter) [Semiramis], was hatched. And so the egg came to symbolize the Goddess Easter."
The idea of a mystic egg spread from Babylon to many parts of the world.[12] In Rome, the mystic egg preceded processions in honor of the Mother Goddess Roman. The egg was part of the sacred ceremonies of the Mysteries of Bacchus. The Druids used the egg as their sacred emblem. In Northern Europe, China and Japan the eggs were colored for their sacred festivals.
The egg was also a symbol of fertility; Semiramis (Easter) was the goddess of Fertility. The Easter egg is a symbol of the pagan Mother Goddess, and it even bears one of her names."
To the Darkness that has enveloped the Western peoples for their devotion to the ancient gods of darkness we have spoken of many times, but with these new events occurring in Babylon today the entire world should indeed shudder…for by all accounts, those cruel demons of our ancient days may be once again unleashed upon us all by the actions of the Americans.
For even in our most ancient of days these horrific dark masters were feared by the Angels themselves, and as war with the Persians of Iran is soon to occur, and which will undoubtedly unleash the largest war of all, it is well that we all remember the words of Daniel [10:20] about this greatest of beasts, read and understand:
"But I am going back to make war with the angel of Persia, and when I am gone, the angel of Greece will come. And there is no one on my side against these, but Michael, your angel."
To an even fuller understanding of these events it should also be noted:
“On June 18, 2004, an unusual new landmark was unveiled at CERN, the European Center for Research in Particle Physics in Geneva — a 2m tall statue of the Indian deity Shiva Nataraja, the Lord of Dance [3rd photo left]. Top US Generals Reach Out To Russian General Staff To Avert Global War

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today are stating that three of the United States Top Generals met with Defense Minister Anatoliy Serdyukov in Kazakhstan in a meeting chaired by US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice who stated that the Americans were not trying to ‘undermine’ Russia and urgently requesting Russian Military assistance to avert a Total Global War.
Secretary Rice, these reports say, told Minister Serdyukov during this meeting that the United States was under an ‘economic 9/11 attack’ engineered by British and Israeli hedge funds controlling over $60 Trillion of the Western World’s wealth and threatening to collapse the entire World’s financial and economic structure. The goal of these attacks, she continued explaining, was to avert the dismantling of Israel’s present borders to their pre-1967 war lines but which could only be accomplished by the total destruction of Iran, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt in a Total Global War.
Israel’s Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has echoed Secretary Rice’s warnings during an emergency meeting he held with Prime Minister Putin in pleading for Russia not to side with Iran and Syria by supplying them with advanced weapons to repel the expected Israeli Military invasions believed planned for within the month.
Prime Minister Olmert has further attempted to persuade his citizens that Israel must return to its pre-1967 borders or face total isolation and economic blockades over its growing system of apartheid towards the Palestinian peoples in a brutal system that also brought down the government of South Africa in the 1990’s.
Prime Minister Olmert’s warning to his people, however, has gone unheeded and his resignation was forced by the right-wing factions of his own party led by the former Mossad agent Tzipi Livni who is expected to replace him as the leader of the Jewish state.
Hamas leaders have also warned of these events going even further than Olmert by stating that the Jewish Lobby in America “controls the U.S. elections and defines the foreign policy of any new administration in a manner that allows it to retain control of the American government and economy.”
Russian Military Analysts report that the right-wing factions in Israel are increasingly bringing pressure upon Washington to allow it to start World War III, but the Americans are continuing to resist it by refusing to allow the Israelis to attack Iran, and as we can read:
“According to a Monday report on Israel's Channel 10, unnamed Israeli sources said the presence of US troops in Iraq spoils chances of an Israeli strike on Iran, arguing that any military action would leave US forces stationed in Iraq vulnerable to Tehran's retaliation.
Tel Aviv has threatened to launch air strikes against Iranian nuclear installations under the pretext that Tehran, a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), has plans to develop nuclear weaponry.
This is while, in its latest report on Iran, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announced that it could not find any 'components of a nuclear weapon' or 'related nuclear physics studies' in the country.
In response to war threats, Iran has warned that it would not hesitate to target 'Israel and 32 US bases' in the region, should the country come under attack.
An Israeli official accompanying Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on a visit to Moscow, however, declined to comment on the Channel 10 report. According to a senior Israeli official, Olmert is in Russia to persuade the country into not selling S-300 missile defense system to Iran.
Late in September, The Guardian quoted EU diplomatic sources as saying that US president George W. Bush in a one to one meeting with Israeli Premier Ehud Olmert on May 14 rejected the idea of an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear facilities.
Bush not only ruled out the idea but insisted that his view would not change, according to The Guardian.
The Monday report comes as several Israeli military and Mossad officials, in an unexpected move on Sunday, endorsed the Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.”
This US refusal, however, has not stopped the fears of an attack upon their Nation by Israel to which Syrian Leaders have ordered their military forces to the Lebanonese border. Nor has it assuaged Russian forces, and who have increased the number of their warships in the Mediterranean in support of their Syrian ally.
So catastrophic have these events become, and as we had previously reported on in our September 18th report “Economic World War Has Begun, Warns Russia” wherein the US Federal Reserve Chief stated that the Americans had ‘lost control’ over their economy, that in the past year alone the United States has lost nearly one quarter of its wealth as over $18 Trillion has been wiped out from their collapsing stock markets.
Even worse, the economic attacks upon the United States by these shadowy British-Israeli hedge funds now threaten to destroy the entire World’s financial structure as Russia, Ukraine and Indonesian markets have been forced to close, European Nations watch as an ever increasing number of the largest banks collapse, the Nations of Iceland and Pakistan fall into complete bankruptcy, all happening at rapid speed with no end in sight for any of them seeking to stem the tide of billions of sell orders from those seeking Total Global War.

Editor of UFO Data Magazine Philip Mantle is set to unveil his findings at an international conference this month.
He investigated the site in Roswell, New Mexico where many people believe there was an alien crash landing. He analysed rock, earth and vegetation.
The area is surrounded by charred trees and bushes and a mysterious blue substance that dribbles down rocks.
US physician Dr Ronald Rau said in the 1940s high levels of radiation pointed to a ship landing there in the 1940s.
The area in the Nogal Canyon is close to the well-known Socorro desert site where experts say another object appeared to have landed in 1964.
Mr Mantle said: "A good friend of mine Ed Gerham first found the site and I flew over as soon as I could.
"It was a real find and as soon as I arrived there I knew what a special and peculiar place it was. There is nothing around it for around 70 miles, it is literally in the middle of nowhere.
"Us Brits really have beaten the Americans at their own game and it is really great that we have done that. It really is revolutionary for the UFO world."
Mr Mantle is set to reveal his full findings at the UFO Data Annual Conference later this month in Leeds.

LONDON (Oct. 20) - Two U.S. fighter planes were scrambled and ordered to shoot down an unidentified flying object over the English countryside during the Cold War, according to secret files made public on Monday.
One pilot said he was seconds away from firing 24 rockets at the object, which moved erratically and gave a radar reading like "a flying aircraft carrier."
The pilot, Milton Torres, now 77 and living in Miami, said it spent periods motionless in the sky before reaching estimated speeds of more than 7,600 mph.

After the alert, a shadowy figure told Torres he must never talk about the incident and he duly kept silent for more than 30 years.
The close encounter is one of many reported UFO sightings among 19 files that Britain's National Archives posted Monday to the Web. The new material covers UFO sightings between 1986 and 1992.
While the 1,500-page batch of documents debunks a host of UFO sightings, others like Torres' remain unexplained.
Alitalia pilot Achille Zaghetti was at the helm of a jet from Milan to London's Heathrow Airport on the evening of April 21, 1991 when a flying object streaked across his field of vision.
"At once I said, 'look out, look out,' to my co-pilot, who looked out and saw what I had seen," Zaghetti wrote in his report. "As soon as the object crossed us I asked to the ACC (area control center) operator if he saw something on his screen and he answered 'I see an unknown target 10 nautical miles behind you.'"


UFOs? Maybe They're Just ...


Some UFO sightings have simple explanations. Weather Balloons: Gas-filled balloons measure conditions in the upper atmosphere to help forecasters.
An investigation later ruled out a missile — but never ruled anything in, either.
On June 17, 1991, four passengers on a Hamburg, Germany-bound Dan Air 737 spotted "a wingless projectile pass below and to the left of the aircraft" as the flight climbed out of London's Gatwick Airport.
"It would seem to have passed fairly close by as the passengers were able to see it quite clearly," the Civil Aviation Authority wrote in its report.
More disturbing was a sighting a month later by crew aboard a Gatwick-bound Britannia Airways Boeing 737, who saw a "a small black lozenge-shaped object" zipping past about 100 yards to the left of the aircraft.
The airport confirmed seeing an object on its radar and clocked it traveling at 120 miles per hour. Air traffic controllers quickly warned the next aircraft to turn out of the object's flight path, although by then the object had disappeared from view.
Speculation centered on a weather balloon released in the area the same day, but an investigation could not determine what the UFO was.
Monday's release is the second batch of UFO files that Britain's military has put out this year. David Clarke, a UFO expert who has worked with the National Archives, said in the next few years, a total of 160 UFO-related files will be made available to the public.
Some things in the newly released files were either unhinged or unverifiable.
One correspondent tells the military he was shouted at by aliens while sleeping outdoors. Another writes in "with extraordinary news," saying the "legendary 'feathered serpents'" are waiting for permission to land on earth.
Torres' tale of being ordered to shoot down the UFO over eastern England, forwarded to the Ministry of Defense by a UFO enthusiast, was kept on file though the military turned up no evidence of it in its official records.
In a written account, Torres described how he scrambled his F-86 D Sabre jet in calm weather from the Royal Air Force base at Manston, Kent in May 1957.
"I was only a lieutenant and very much aware of the gravity of the situation. I felt very much like a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest," he said.
"The order came to fire a salvo of rockets at the UFO. The authentication was valid and I selected 24 rockets.
"I had a lock-on that had the proportions of a flying aircraft carrier," he added. "The larger the airplane, the easier the lock-on. This blip almost locked itself."
At the last moment, the object disappeared from the radar screen and the high-speed chase was called off.
He returned to base and was debriefed the next day by an unnamed man who "looked like a well-dressed IBM salesman."
"He threatened me with a national security breach if I breathed a word about it to anyone," he said.
UFO expert David Clarke said the sighting may have been part of a secret U.S. project to create phantom aircraft on radar screens to test Soviet air defences.
"Perhaps what this pilot had seen was some kind of experiment in electronic warfare or maybe it was a UFO," he said. "Something very unusual happened."
Occasionally, officials got to the bottom of the sightings.
On a clear November afternoon in 1992, an office worker called the Ministry of Defense, saying a strange shimmering object was descending slowly over London's Regent's Park.
"As call progressed, it became clear that the object was a kite," an unidentified military staffer noted drolly in his write-up.

“I'm a real UFO and Paranormal enthusiast. I have been interested in these two subjects for...well forever. I have had experiences in both. When I was growing up back, in 1961, I spent my summer in the mountains of Santa Cruz, Ca. in a community known as White Horse Canyon. My Grandfather, George, was a Navy and Mountain man. He taught me all I know about hunting, fishing, and the Ocean. One day, (not night), he wanted me to bag my first deer alone..(No I don't approve of Hunting for sport. Just for living). About 50 yards from the cabin was an old shack, about 4'x 8'. I have no Idea what it was originally used for, but it made a good Blind to sit in and wait for my Game to approach. As I was sitting there, a Gust of warm summer wind came down the back side of the shack from atop the hill. Because it was old, there were plenty of openings between the planks that made up the back wall. The small entrance door flew open. I got up from my seat and walked out of the shack. I looked around and turned back to the shack. There was a small boy,(African American), holding the door open, about 6ft. from me. I'd say he was about 8 or 9. He looked right at me and let go of the door which slowly closed on it's own. I was puzzled to say the least. Who was this kid? My first thought was someone must have come to the cabin and was visiting my Grandfather. I turned towards the cabin to see if I could see a car or maybe someone standing nearby the cabin door. There was no car and no company. I turned back to the Boy to ask where he came from...He was gone. I was 11 at the time. So I'm not embarrassed to say I ran,(down hill), as fast as I could back to the cabin. My Grandfather just laughed and said I had "Buck Fever" and got scared.
Later that day the Lady who owned the land and cabin, Mrs. Shrieber, took me out to the front yard and pointed out a really Huge Tree stump that I would sometimes sit in and daydream. She said," This tree has been here since the Civil War. You know there used to be slaves on this land." Although I thought that was interesting, I didn't know until years later what she was trying to tell me. It was probably a Slave Ghost I saw.
Having told this story, that I've only told a handful of people, and now all of you, let me introduce you to a new Friend of mine.

Needles California UFO Sighting and Satellite UFO Sighting Related?
I was just cruising your site and noticed the story about the Needles, California UFO incident. This story has some similarities that parallel the satellite images of some unknown object I sent to you, despite occurring four months and three days earlier. Here is what caught my attention:
The general vicinity of the UFO's first appearance is the same.
As described in the article, by witnesses, the object's general flight area is the same, 'He says the mystery object flew out of the north east, heading southwest, traveling very fast, but at one point it slowed down, then sped up again....Somewhere in the rough terrain just west of the Colorado River and south of Needles is a point of impact,'.
The object may have also looked similarly, 'It was about the size of a semi-trailer, he says, oblong shaped thing'.
One conclusion to this mounting evidence is that something is happening in this remote, desert area fairly frequently. Like I hypothesized with the satellite images, maybe our military is testing some unknown rocket or vehicle, and now extending that premise with the additional California information, which crashed near Needles previously. Is there any more appropriate area to test such a device?
It seems that with the population continuously growing in the Southwest that our military/government is running out of secure areas to fail with their projects. It is just a matter of time or not... Why not go to less inhabited parts of our continent (with friendly governments), North to Canada or South to Mexico, to perform these tests? We all know about the frequent Mexico UFO sightings but wasn't there alot of sightings over Canada, a hotbed of UFO activity over the far Northern Territories? P.S. I have attached a map that I created which plots the two UFO occurrences, flight paths that I discussed above. I hope the map is readable. Looking at the map more, you could probably intersect the projected paths of the UFOs to find their presumptive point of origin or slightly larger area of commonality. Extending the map, you could also show your readers just how close the two observed objects are to Area 51.

A brief history on the PRG and Stephen Basset
The Paradigm Research Group was established in early 1996 by Stephen Bassett, a political activist and consultant, to advocate in all ways possible for an end to a government imposed truth embargo of the facts surrounding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. In addition, PRG would provide support to researchers and political activists throughout the world in the field of extraterrestrial-related phenomena research. Accordingly, "Research Group" refers to this loose confederation of research and activist clients.

1. What is the ultimate goal of the Million Fax on Washington initiative?That's simple, the goal is for the next president to end the extraterrestrial presence truth embargo.
2. Given the state of world affairs, like the global and US economy, why is this issue still important?Those concerned about the economy need to know the the government has obtained profound technology from crashed ET vehicles that could impact all the challenges facing the human race in this century. It's not going to be released as long as the truth embargo is in place. End the truth embargo, get the technology.
3. Given the amount of other world nations that are releasing their UFO files, not claiming they are ET craft, simply unknowns, why do you think the US is remaining quiet?The reason the other nations are releasing files and taking other measures is that they don't wish to wait any longer for the US to act . They're losing patience. By doing this, they're sending us a message. If the US doesn't disclose the information soon, they will. At this time the political will to end the truth embargo is not there and excuses are being made based upon world events. That is why it is necessary for the people to step forward at this time and demand disclosure.
4. It's one of my opinions that the power of the Internet with all of the photo and video sites online, like YouTube, the ability for people to share their sighting reports, pictures and videos is easier than ever before, it's only a matter of time before evidence is presented that will end the secrecy. I see the Internet and the power that the average person has as one of the reasons why the secrecy may end sooner than later, any thoughts?The Internet is definitely one of the driving forces that's putting pressure on the truth embargo. Youtube, websites, email networking, blogs, new imaging technology. Soon, you will see more and more sighing videos being motion justified and put up on the Internet. Witness testimony, conference presentations - all on the net.
5. Having read the article posted on Wired http://blog.wired.com/cars/2008/10/next-president.htmlI found that ridicule factor was absent. Do you think the ridicule factor in the US and around the world is lessening? How detrimental to your cause do you see it?Wired has been doing some good blogging on this issue. This wasn't posted in the magazine, only online, as it was a blog. Dave Demerjian is open to this issue. This topic is receiving better media coverage than ever. The mainstream media aren't where they should be, but I see UFO/ET coverage continuing to expand.
6. What's next for your after disclosure? Would you continue to run your site?The post-disclosure world will be an extraordinary time in history. It is impossible to know what will happen, but it will be intense. There will be many issues to be settled in Washington, and if people truly want to influence these decisions they will need to get involved. Visitor Submitted UFO Sighting
It was just hovering over base near the artillery training field, it looked like a tower or something with a solid red light and a blinking one, however it started moving at about 5mph when it started getting darker. Could tell it had no rotors on it nor any wings from what little light there was behind it from the sunset. Once it started getting closer to Rogers lane where we were at, it had white lights underneath it. It had no sounds and no effects on anything. Once it got closer to the city it started going faster probably 30 mph before couldn't see it anymore.

Open Letter to Barack Obama and John McCain
Dear Senators:
In less than three weeks one of you will be President Elect of the United States. When you take office on January 20, 2009 you will inherit a nation in crisis. One notable indicator of this crisis is the unprecedented approval/trust ratings of the executive and legislative branches of government and the political press. The faith of the American people in the presidency, the congress and the media is so low the social contract itself is at the breaking point.
The public grants candidates and office holders the odd fib, occasional white lie, and exaggerated resume, but will not abide government lying about matters of life and death, war and peace, and the very nature of reality. Since 1947 there have been numerous breaches of public trust, but none more dangerous or impacting than the decision to withhold from the American people the facts behind an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.
Formal acknowledgement of this extraordinary circumstance was initially withheld for national security reasons. This is understandable.
However, the pervasive and uninterrupted occurrences of extraterrestrial-related phenomena worldwide prompted a direct intervention into the citizen efforts to understand what was happening. Thus was created the most extensive propaganda/disinformation campaign in history often referred to as a cover-up but best described as a truth embargo. Citizens were threatened and harmed, research/activist organizations infiltrated and dismantled, newspapers and television networks recruited, false stories planted, documents destroyed, presidents denied information and Congress denied oversight. This is less understandable.
After the Cold War ended in 1991 military and agency employees witness to events and evidence confirming the extraterrestrial presence began coming forward. Public awareness of the extraterrestrial issue grew and seventeen years later is essentially universal. Nations such as France, China, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Brazil are releasing relevant classified documents and cooperating with citizen research organizations. But the United States government’s policy of embargo remains unchanged. This is unacceptable.
The truth embargo’s end and formal acknowledgment of the extraterrestrial presence are inevitable. What remains to be determined are when it happens, how much further damage is done to the public’s trust, and which nation will act first.
After the election you are going to receive many thousands of letters, faxes and emails from citizens of many nations calling for you to 1) demand a full briefing from your military services and intelligence agencies, 2) press for open and comprehensive congressional hearings, 3) formally acknowledge the extraterrestrial presence, and 4) release into the public domain extraterrestrial derived technologies, secretly studied and reverse engineered for six decades, and now essential to overcome the environmental, economic and social challenges of our time.
As President Elect reach out to your party’s allies within the military and intelligence communities. When you take office conduct the necessary meetings with the cross agency committees managing the extraterrestrial presence issue. In the spring of 2009, before the truth embargo becomes your embargo, initiate disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence and begin rebuilding the trust of the American people in their government and the standing of your country in the world.

Review - Abduction: Human Encounters with Aliens
This was by far, one of the best books covering alien abductions I've read in some time. The author covered nearly every aspect of the phenomenon, from what the abductees experienced, UFO sightings, missing time, implants, etc; to the last effects seen throughout their lives. There were over a dozen individual stories put forth in this book that gave an excellent overview as to what these experiences are truly like. One of the better additions was the two appendixes that were added after the initial hardback edition. They addressed many of the common skepticism related to the phenomenon. Though this is dated, having been published in the early 1990s, it's highly relevant to the UFO and alien abduction subject.

Of all the horrors of literature or of the silver screen perhaps none is as terrifying as the zombie. The idea of the walking dead man – slack jawed, bereft of senses and with his skin rotting on the bone – is enough to frighten even the hardiest of souls. In many cases the creature also has a distinct taste from living human flesh.
Perhaps part of the potency of such an image is that it reminds us all of our own mortality and of the corruption of the grave. It also gives a graphic example of the imminence of death and as to what we might well become thereafter. The image has formed the basis of many films from I Walked with a Zombie to Dawn of the Dead, and it also features as the central theme of many books and comics. But how accurate is such a vision and how rational is such a terror?
In a sense, the ambulant dead and the returning revenant have been with us since earliest times, so long it seems that they have become a part of our culture and of cultures that have gone before. Corporeal revenants have formed the basis of medieval ghost stories and were often very different from the wailing insubstantial phantoms of the later Victorian period. Nor was the grave viewed as being particularly trustworthy in these times and the dead, it was believed, often returned, either at will or under dispensation from God – or indeed the Devil. This notion has continued down the years, becoming a part of West European folk and ghostlore. Why has this been so, and is there perhaps a grain of truth in the idea of the rising corpse issuing from the tomb?
It is not only in the tradition of Western ghosts, however, that the idea of the returning dead is a central feature. Indeed, it is thought to form a part of the voodoo religion of the Caribbean Islands and in the Creole faiths in both North and South America. This has formed a rich vein for story and film-makers to exploit as well as writers, researchers and anthropologists such as William Seabrooke and Wade Davis. But is the image true? Are the Caribbean Islands, Haiti and even the American cities of New Orleans and Charleston, the haunt of shambling cadavers, animated by some dread and dark religion that whites do not understand and which they rightly fear?
And what of other cultures – Japanese, Norwegian, Mexican etc., do they have tales about, and beliefs in the risen walking dead, and if so, how important are they? What in fact are the celebrated “living mummies” of rural Japan and what beliefs lie behind the Day of the Dead in Latin America? Do the Viking dead really lie quiet within their stone tombs deep in the frozen north? Could, for example, the stories of resurrection in the Bible be true or do they have their origins in Semitic traditions, folklore and beliefs?
As a student of the whole phenomenon, I have looked at these questions and seek to unravel the fact, folklore, and tradition surrounding the walking dead. My new book Zombies is perhaps one of the first such texts to place the idea of zombies and the walking dead within their widest comparative cultural setting. Returning to very ancient cultures, I have investigated the belief systems that surround gods who have defeated death by returning from the underworld, and the cycles of death and rebirth which surrounded the central teachings of many of the early cults.
I further examine how many of these beliefs have carried on through medieval times and have been given definition in Western European thinking by the practices of the “resurrectionists” and grave robbers of the 18th and early 19th centuries and by the phenomenon of the “half-hanged”. These ideas have shaped the image of the walking dead both in our culture and in our imaginations.
The book also goes on to investigate the idea of zombies within the voodoo culture and religion of places like Haiti, the Caribbean, and even parts of present-day America. It also outlines some of the loa who might inhabit the bodies of the dead in voodoo lore. Surprisingly, it reveals that the word “zombie” may not strictly refer to the walking dead at all! And, there is examination of the Cultes des Mortes of William Seabrooke – did it truly exist? Zombies takes a further look at the scientific claims regarding the Haitian and West African revenants made by people such as Wade Davis and asks whether they can withstand scrutiny.
I also investigate actual and folkloric instances of the walking dead in other cultures such as the Buddhist “living mummies” of remote Japan, the murderous draugr of Scandinavian fable, and the festivities surrounding the Day of the Dead in Spain and Mexico. Zombies is a wide-ranging survey of the walking dead that explores the whole phenomenon from historical, scientific and religious perspectives.
Do zombies and the walking dead really exist? And, do they actually do so in the way that we think they do or in which they have been portrayed in the popular cinema and literature? Can they, and will they harm the living?
These questions are best left to the experts – and not the faint of heart.

Visitor Submitted UFO Sighting
I just stepped out on my front porch and looked up and saw this glowing white orb above my house and as soon as I toke a step further to get a better look at started to fly off extremely fast it covered my entire neighborhood in seconds it was weaving in between the clouds in the sky but it was out of view within like 10 seconds.
